indeed quirks handling was broken in pm-utils until last week. Do you
have 1.3.0~rc3-1? Can you please try again with that one?
If it does not work still, please do
sudo rm /var/log/pm-suspend.log
sudo PM_DEBUG=true pm-suspend
then resume (or reboot if it's broken) and attach /var/log/pm-
suspend.log.
