This bug cannot be fixed with packaging. The package itself build
depends on a small number of packages. The mentioned dependencies are
only depended on by mousetweaks because somewhere in the build
dependency chain, one package has stated that these other packages are
needed.
At this point I don't see the point in going down the chain to find the
packages at fault, since there is no functionality breakage of CD size
bloating due to these packages being depended on.
