If this does not resolve your issue, can you please also run "apport-collect -p cups 523005" (without the quotes) from a terminal window? This collects the necessary debugging information that is required to help diagnose your issue. Please ensure that your printer is turned on & you have tried to print multiple pages to & experienced this issue so that the relevant information is in the log files. Thanks in advance!
