Hi Andreas,
As far as I know, the update should have replaced all the packages
installed for testing, put possibly there was a glitch. Can you try
removing the PPA from your sources.list and uninstalling nouveau and
linux-backport-modules-nouveau, and then reinstalling xserver-xorg-
video-nouveau?
