I don't really speak italian, but AFAIUI the error output, you have a
package 'libx264-83' installed, which installs /usr/lib/libx264.so.85.
this is just plain wrong and nothing that should be handled in distro
packages. I suggest you contact the maintainer of the PPA you have this
package from.
