I got the same error (I think) in Feisty 5. I first ran the installer in
Polish, got to the manual partitioning dialog and closed it, as I didn't
actually want to install the system on disk (I didn't get this error
this time). Then I ran it again, but I selected English because I wanted
to report another bug and wanted to know what the original messages
were. And then I got this (either in the manual partitioning dialog, or
one page before, I don't remember):
