/conf/conf.d/cryptroot has target=crypt_sda5,source=/dev/sda5,key=none,rootdev,lvm=lithe_ssd-root
which seems reasonable. Here is a screenshot of where it sticks, running plymouth/sbin/cryptsetup ask-for-password -T --prompt 1 If I type here it's echoed to the screen but nothing else happens. If the problem is that plymouth can't ask for the passphrase in recovery mode that would be consistent with it working in normal mode but blocking here in recovery mode. ** Attachment added: "IMG_0320.JPG" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/39840954/IMG_0320.JPG -- can't get to single-user mode https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/520122 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
