If <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SessionHandling> is implemented, the verb
should be changed to "Switch Off"/"switch off" everywhere.
Otherwise, the verb should be "Shut Down"/"shut down" everywhere, with a
space. (The noun is "shutdown", e.g. "the shutdown process".)
