If the content of h.u.c is not dynamically generated, then there are
strong technical reasons to avoid this kind of functionality. The most
significant of these is that the HTTP-USER-AGENT header is an arbitrary
tag, and is subject to change without notice. The content of h.u.c. is
in constant flux as well. The list of user agent strings and related
resources would therefore have to been maintained constantly in order
for them to remain valid over time.

The HTTP-USER-AGENT string is a useful hint, but the costs of relying on
it seem to outweigh the benefits in this particular case.
