Using Xubuntu Lucid Lynx, updated as of 2010-03-12, this bug appears to
have been fixed. I can now use both Alt and Super to set my keyboard
shortcuts. It would be good to have this confirmed as fixed by another
user.
Could you please let us know by commenting if this is now fixed for you?
