My take on it is that while network-manager could Recommend network-
manager-pptp, in the case of the ubuntu seeds, the network-manager-pptp-
gnome package would have to be seeded (otherwise PPTP is pretty much
useless). For the kubuntu seeds, network-manager-pptp is sufficient (and
seeding -pptp-gnome would bring in unnecessary gnome dependencies).
