I marked Confirmed because only half of this bug is duplicated. I went to the
link you post (bug #263338) and it is mostly about sophisticated features for
handling copying/moving.
The first half of this bug report concerns the very simple issue, that when
Nautilus is about to replace a file, it prompts the user but doesn't show basic
information such as date/time.
This is much simpler than all the revolutionary features of bug #263338
