Hi, apparently I have the same issue. After installing 9.10 x86-64, my BT doesn't work anymore. If I try using it installing blueman, it asks me to turn it on but nothing happens. If I right click on the greyed icon and choos "Turn Bluetooth On", it doesn't work it stays like this. Bluetooth has always worked for me since the first version of Ubuntu I installed on this system (7.10).
