I have the same problem as bug reporter. I'm totally new to Ubuntu Linux
and I'm finding solving my startup problems fairly impossible and highly
time consuming. In the rare case that I am able to solve something
through a forum or tuto, half of the time I don know what the #$% I'm
doing.
I found the following possible solution (in case anybodyś interested)
but for a Windows user like me it's a bit out of my league. So I didn't
try it and can't say if it works, it looks fairly reliable........
