Hey, I've tested also with the 10.04 beta-1 i386 live DVD => same story. Can anyone of you guys point me to a place where this bug could be solved? As a matter of fact, I've tested also with the latest OpenSuse distro, and once again, same story. I thereafter fully appreciate that this bug is not directly related to Ubuntu, but rather to the kernel itself, or even more precisely, to the interaction between the BIOS and the kernel. So is there any place where somebody like me, ready to make some silly tests etc would be of any help? I must admit that this bug is quiet annoying and that I would be glad to see it solved.
Cheers. Gilles PS. the test performed on comment #25 has been done with a *alpha* 3 not a *beta* 3 as mentioned. -- [eMachines eMachines E510] suspend/resume failure at 2nd resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/510803 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
