Running Ubuntu selftest "audio-tests" (first test)
Nighter the external microphone nor the external speaker are recognised.
Interestingly, the sound effects work with internal speaker and when a
headphone is plugged in, also with the headphone.
When knocking on the laptop, or when a microphone is plugged in, when
knocking on that microphone, the "Input" tab shows as expected a moving input
level.
Expected behaviour:
- When knocking on the microphone a input level on the sound preferences appl
-> tab "input" shows the input level representing the knocking.
- The micropohone sound would be played back on the speaker.
Occured behaviour:
- When knocking on the microphone a input level on the sound preferences appl
-> tab "input" shows the input level representing the knocking.
- No sound was played back after the test button was pressed.
