As a test Virtual Machine I 've install a clean Karmic 9.10 and update using
update on system/administration menu, after that I try two diferent ways.
1) Install postgresql 8.4, Java_SDK_6 and Tomcat6 THEN try the installation
of openbravo-erp
all using command line apt-get
2) Install directly openbravo-erp with the undestanding of all stack
software (Tomcat6, Ant 1.7.1, postgresql 8.4 and Java Sun SDK 1.6) will
be installed as a required resource before openbravo ...
in both cases (every one from a clean installation of Karmic 9.10) seems
to be ok, until the last running of script post_installation or creation
of Database for openbravo-erp, when I Get error code 1
Observations: Seems I have postgresql 8.3 AND 8.4 at the same time ? ...
How I can test if Tomcat is really up and running ? (http://localhost)
Works ... but :8080 don't
