Now we are there, I can reproduce if I don't click either the "Set Default
Options" or "Query Printer for Default Options" button in the final step.
Why don't you click a button here? Perhaps the web interface needs to be
clearer / more usable on this point.
This is high likely a bug in the cups web interface and not in libpaper,
reassigning.
I doubt mike will have understood that you did not click any button in
the final step. Please reopen the upstream bug and add a comment with a
recipe describing the exact steps you took (as you did above) including
that in the final step no button has been clicked. You can also refer to
this bug report if necessary.
