Works after removing your PPA from my sources, then as expected Apport opens my
browser at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alarm-clock-applet/+filebug/<ApportHash>

I didn't know about this Apport feature, thanks for the hint!
BTW, maybe Apport could be a bit more specific in its error message (#559345);
I made a quick hack to improve this, let's see if it's merged.
