Unfortunately after making a double check I concluded that suspending to disk is not working. On my laptop HP nx6110 (dmesg, lspci, uname included above) it takes ages to "hibernate" as I described above and when I turn on computer it boots normally with fresh new X session.
The same happens when I try to hibernate my desktop computer.
