udev/udisks output looks fine, it has "ejectable: 1".

I unmounted a CD (manually from command line), and nautilus' right-click
menu still has both "Mount" and "Eject", so this works for me. (I didn't
try with burning a CD right now, though, but it worked fine a week ago).

Does this only happen for you when burning a CD? If you insert a data
CD, let it automount, do you get an Eject option? If not, please do

  gvfs-mount -li

in a Terminal and copy&paste the entire output here. Thanks!
