For us it's a very big problem because we have a lots of identities and we need to reply multiples hundreds of emails every day.
Our administration staff manage multiples companies (partners in the same office) for multiples services (commercial, supports, recruitments etc), with one centralized IMAP account. Each company or service is stored in different folders. Since many years, the good identity was directly preselected when we click on the "reply" button (by looking the "To" field of the message). Since the Karmic upgrade this morning, Evolution is now in 2.28, and there is no detection of the identity, it's directly the first identity created in Evolution. Now, our staff need to select manually the identity, this take more time but it's not the worst. Imagine if someone forget to change the identity. A message could be badly replied under the wrong company or from the wrong service. We need solve urgently this problem, by downgrading to 2.26. Can you explain me how to go back in 2.26 please, or give me a simple link on the web if there is to make this downgrade ?
