Thanks for submitting this report. In the latest version of Lucid,
updated as of 2010-04-15, I can no longer reproduce this issue. The
dotted border does not appear on the last step. Could you verify this is
fixed, and if so, change the status to invalid? You can click on the
current status, under the Status column, and change the Status to
"Invalid". Thanks again!
