Yes, and I tried but fear I'm going to need a little hand-holding.

I went to /usr/share/mypaint/ and tried to apply the patch file with:

sudo patch 001-Check-for-and-handle-infinite-pressure.patch

(Yes, the .patch file is in this directory)

I also tried it with patch -p0 and a few other values, after looking at
the man pages, but was not successful. I also tried applying the patch
while in /usr/share/mypaint/gui.

I can find the file and I think I see where this needs to go in at, but
I figure this would be a good time to get a pointer or two on using
patch.

What exactly do I do to apply this patch?
