The Ubuntu archive admins rejected the patch from being included in
Ubuntu because they felt the patch wasn't quite right. So that means
this needs to get taken upstream first.
While this is certainly a legitimate issue, it's not severe enough to
fix post-release, especially if it poses risk of introducing a
regression against other users. So I'm wontfixing the Lucid task - but
leaving it open as a normal bug.
