I have apt-listchanges installed in Synaptic.

Is "dpkg-reconfigure apt-listchanges" one command or two ?

And when running it, what is it that I am supposed to change ?

I attempted this and I came out with a listchanges.conf file that looks
like this BUT I still do not see the changes listed on the changes tab.

[apt]
frontend=pager
email_address=root
confirm=0
save_seen=/var/lib/apt/listchanges.db
which=changelogs

Thanks.
