I'm trying to bring up 10.04 behind a corporate proxy and it appears that Ubuntu One is connecting to the proxy - but thinks it's the Ubuntu One web server instead of a proxy!
i.e. a sniffer shows that instead of seeing CONNECT https://launchpad.whatever I see random stuff that looks like SSL to me ...followed by a SSL error popup under Ubuntu It is very common for corporate networks to block outbound Web and force their users through proxies. Ubuntu won't be usable within those environments with such a fault Jason -- HTTPS Proxy Support for file sync https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/387308 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a subscriber of a duplicate bug. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
