I've got 10.04 RC1 installed at present. Everything seems to work, except suspend. Boot is nice and quick though.
I've added the 2.6.34-999.201004281008 kernel and I'm using it now for testing. I ran (most of) the system tests, they went fine for the most part. An exception was the dead pixel test. The screen turned red but didn't respond to pressing a key. If I pressed Ctrl-Alt-Delete, this brought a shutdown dialog to the foreground and after I'd cancelled that, the test did respond to key presses. The screen resolutions test didn't go perfectly (but I'm not sure of this). 5 resolutions were displayed but this was followed by 2 gray screens. I'll try suspend now (but I'm not too hopeful). -- Can't boot Ubuntu 10.04-beta2 live CD https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/560248 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
