You may remember this was just shortly after Ahmed's previous attempt to close the ticket rather than fixing the problem. Of course, he didn't ask then, either. See the pattern?

In this case, there was no question and no incomplete status and still seasoned_geek wasn't even given more than three days to make good on his promise to test with lucid.
