uname -a indicates I'm running:
Linux ubuntu 2.6.20-9-generic #2 SMP Mon Feb 26 03:01:44 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux
for the kernel, but I'm wondering how it's easiest to make sure I'm running the
compatible version of the restricted modules.

Synaptic indicates that I have installed
linux-restricted-modules-2.6.20-11-386

Which would mean I'm running the wrong version for my kernel, wouldn't
it? That might be the entire issue right there. I don't see a 2.6.20-9
version of the restricted modules OR a linux-image 2.6.20-11.

Any ideas? Or am I running up the wrong tree?
