I never had this problem with the previous version of PiTiVi. I could simply edit an .avi file and render it (using the default rendering settings in PiTiVi) and it would give me a Theora video file, which would be uploaded to YouTube with no problems. Yes it will still use Theora now, but YouTube will "corrupt" the video after uploading. I haven't had the error message about "GStreamer" today, but I can't render a video as Theora and upload it to YouTube without it being corrupted by YouTube. It worked fine before in the previous version and was used in exactly the same way.
