They say to Format > Row > Optimal Height. It will ask if you want to Add some height, or use the default height. The Arch user found that if you Add at least 0.1, then it will save. I found that you can do it with 0.05. You have to do this with all sheets. The thing is, it worked for that user who added 0.1mm. My sheet was in inches, and I had to add 0.05". That looks pretty crummy, so I'll have to change it to mm.
