I installed pgadmin3 1.10.0, rev. 7945:7946 on Karmic 9.10 using apt-
get. The 2 menu item locations (one in System Tools and one in
Programming) caused me to investigate if I had 2 pgAdmin instances.

System Tools seems an odd place for a DB app. MySQL installed flawlessly
(at least superficially) with menu items placed in the Programming sub-
menu.

IMHO the default Ubuntu experience with regards to installations has
been excellent. In the great majority of cases menu items have no
issues. It's not a serious bug, but it's prominent because it's at the
install stage and so has more impact in tainting user experience - user
confidence in pgAdmin etc.
