Can you please check to see whether seahorse can start (Applications -->
Accessories --> Passwords & Encryption Keys). Also please see whether
starting gnome-keyring fixes this issue. This can be done by running
"gnome-keyring" (without the quotes) from the run dialogue box (ALT+F2)
or from a terminal window.
