All of the attachments implicate a package "rudel" which does not seem to originate from Ubuntu or Debian. Try uninstalling or upgrading that; see the attachments for additional debugging information.
I'm setting the Status of this bug report to Invalid because it does not seem that there is a problem in Ubuntu itself. If this is an incorrect analysis, it is of course easy to set the bug's status back to New.
