I have just downloaded the Fiesty Beta iso and can confirm that;

CONFIG_DEBUG_FS
# CONFIG_DEBUG_FS is not set
Reviewing https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeistyReleaseSchedule it appears that
RC will be availiable on April 12th.
