Ah, that means you are running this command from the mainline kernel. I am
working on the apport hook to allow running the command from these kernels, but
it is not yet complete. Unfortunately that message keeps the data from being
posted to the bug. It may not be possible, but it would be really great if you
could run this from your stock kernel.
