The check box at the bottom of the error dialog hides (all) further
errors in the current VLC instance.
This was never intended to be a "do not show _this_ particular error
ever again" button.

when i got prompted that vlc doesn't have AMR codecs to play 3gp format. i
choose hide this message in the future but the next time i play the same type
of files this dialogue will always appears.
