Bug status update. I've been using the Ubuntu 10.04 LTS system now for about a day and half and have been crunching s...@home in the background the whole time. Been surfing, installing software, browsing and emailing for the entire day and the system has stayed up. I generated a crash report while trying to install and use Mondo but the system stayed up. I don't if the system sorted itself out finally or what, but if the system stays up for a few more days, I might be persuaded to close out this bug and the #590325 and #590477 bugs too. Didn't do anything to the system other than to return to my usual eComStation OS to continue crunching s...@home over there for a few days and then came back into Ubuntu again to see what if any updates to the bug reports I have submitted. Crossing my fingers.
