Hello ghepeath, could you please explain how you preformed the
distribution upgrade from Karmic to Lucid (using a CD, DVD, Network). It
seems the error was cause by the pre-removal script of the old package,
which means that if there was a bug in the old package removal script, I
am not sure that this error can be avoided, but perhaps worked around.
Please try the following to see if it installs usb-creator 0.2.22 properly:
sudo apt-get purge usb-creator-common usb-creator-gtk
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get install usb-creator-gtk
** Changed in: usb-creator (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
