  Binary package hint: openoffice.org
  
  How to reproduce the bug:
  1) File -> New -> HTML Document
  2) Type three lines and assign to them the Styles: Heading 1, Heading 2, 
Heading 3 respectively
  3) Press F5 to open the navigator
  4) only Heading 2 and Heading 3 appear in the navigator
  5) If you see Heading 1, save the document, close it then open it again, 
Heading 1 disappeared
