I have another example of colors messing up with Ubuntu 10.04 and Eclipse 3.6 with Aptana 2 In the Aptana HTML editor, the content assist does not take the correct color.
The content assist windows is supposed to take the "input boxes" colors from the appearance theme editor. But as long as the background is correctly white and change color accordingly to the theme editor, the font foreground should be black but is white instead. Other Eclipse content assist works right.
