The error message when trying to play MPEG streams with embedded
teletext data (typically recordings from TV) has changed to:

** Message: Missing plugin: gstreamer|0.10|totem|private/teletext
decoder|decoder-private/teletext (private/teletext decoder)
** Message: Missing plugin:
gstreamer|0.10|totem|application/x-mpegts-private-section
decoder|decoder-application/x-mpegts-private-section
(application/x-mpegts-private-section decoder)

If the user is watching a live TV stream, failing to cancel within
seconds of the dialog popping up can result in a stream with video and
audio drop-outs, probably because video output is halted and some buffer
is overflowing and gstreamer seems to fail to "skip ahead" to the
current position of the stream when the plugin dialog is closed.

A dummy plugin would be very much appreciated.
