I see a similar error/bug. I have been unable to receive via bluetooth on my desktop. Thought this could be due to dependencies or modifications from the past (I have managed to upgrade my desktop all the way from breezy) so spent sometime purging and reinstalling all bluetooth related packages. Still no luck.
There is some activity on the computer - I see the blue icon in the gnome-panel and once I even got half the image/photo I was sending from my phone. I have also attached a hcidump file if that is useful. Package versions are the same as in the bug report. uname -a Linux xxxx 2.6.32-23-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jun 11 08:03:28 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux Let me know what other debug information will be useful to triage this.
