Bug #220706 which is now marked invalid had a few workaround suggestions:
- Inverting the IDE cables
- Setting IDE drives to cable select
- Making sure BIOS and CD/DVD drivers firmware was upgraded
- Increasing the boot waiting time with a kernel parameter (rootdelay=)
- Waiting 3-4 mionutes, then hitting CTRL-D would resume the boot sequence 
normally if busybox presented

Can you confirm any of the above or is there another known workaround
for this issue ?
