  Binary package hint: openoffice.org

When I cut or copy a slide from somewhere in a presentation and attempt
to paste it somewhere else, the slide is not pasted but instead whatever
I had previously cut or copied. The slide does get deleted if I cut,
there's just no way to get it back without doing "undo." This is
annoying because dragging the slide always makes OO.o slow down or even
crash, so being able to copy and paste slides would be very much
  appreciated.

This is a consistent problem and can be reproduced.

This bug may be similar to #424596, except that that one is about
pasting between presentations and reports pasting a blank slide. What
I'm observing is different, as it does not create a new slide but rather
pastes text or whatever into the middle of the currently active slide.

I am using the latest version of Lucid.
