I. e. I do not quite agree to "3) System suspends (rightfully)". Isn't that rather unexpected? It's certainly for me.
One thing that confuses me is that the verbose log reports a lid-down event after undocking. I assume you did not actually close it, but it was closed all the time, and then you opened it? This could be bug 481312 which was recently fixed upstream (see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=622026). I can test this in two weeks when I'm back home again (with a dock). ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug Tracker #622026 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=622026 ** Changed in: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Martin Pitt (pitti) ** Changed in: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Status: New => In Progress ** Changed in: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low -- Triggers suspend on undocking https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/595985 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
