You need to use the new qt-assistant-compat library. I'll close this
report because there is no problem in Qt itself. All that needs to be
done is to add Build-Depends: libqtassistantclient-dev and Depends: qt-
assistant-compat to debian/control in any affected package.
Please open bug reports against any affected package - not against Qt.
