Step 1: The admin has used sudo on the computer and went away
Step 2: The normal user use the computer and log into the admin user if he has 
no password.
Step:3: He go to ->Systen->Prefences->Gnome Sesion Properties-> and create a 
new item with the command sudo gnome-terminal
Step 4: He log out and then log in again
Step 5: He has root permissions

Alternative version
Step 1: The admin has used sudo on the computer and went away

Step 3: Alt-F2 and then he type: sudo gnome-terminal
Step 4: Now he get's root permission
