Ok, now I got it. The problem is that the sudo ~15 min period during which you 
don't have to authenticate again persists even when you log out. In combination 
with a user that does not have to type a password to login this is indeed very 
problematic.
The basic issue has already been reported as bug 46890 (apparently 4 years 
ago... :-/), I therefore mark it as a duplicate. Any further discussion 
regarding the bug should occur in the other report.  Please continue to report 
any other bugs you may find.
